1. General terms and promotion prizes

1. The Organizer and sponsor of this promotion is LiteFinance Global LLC, from now on LiteFinance.

2. Every participant who fulfills the conditions in article 3 of these rules wins.

   The promotion winner's reward equals 50% of the total investment*.

   Rewards are credited to the trading account as balance funds within 5 days following the fulfillment of the promotion conditions. Rewards are real money that can be used in trading or freely withdrawn from the account.

   *Only external deposits made in the account in the Finance/Deposit section from the moment of registration and until the fulfillment of conditions are considered "investments."

   Any other payments to the account will not be considered investments, including:

   • internal transfers;
   • amounts paid in the account after finishing copy-trading in the promotion account;
   • amounts paid into the account as a copy-trading commission (rollover);
   • positive swaps;
   • dividend adjustment;
   • affiliate commission paid in the account during participation.
3. By participating in the promotion, the participant fully accepts its conditions and rules. The promotion conditions will be considered as accepted by the client from the moment of activating the promo code.
4. LiteFinance has the right to amend the promotion terms or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
5. These terms and the provisions of LiteFinance's regulatory documents shall be the basis for sorting out any disputes. Situations other than those described in these conditions can be resolved through negotiation. The final decision on any disputes must be made by the company.
6. The LiteFinance Company reserves the right to use the information related to the winning accounts for advertising purposes and publish it in any sources of information. The winners are invited to participate in LiteFinance’s advertising and marketing actions such as interviews, photo- and video-reports, and press releases concerning the contest. At the same time LiteFinance commits itself not to divulge a winner’s private information (including name and surname) without his/her consent. Should a winner refuse to participate in these actions, LiteFinance reserves the right to change the list of winners.
7. The maximum prize fund cannot exceed the Company's commission on the promotion participants' trades. Also, the maximum prize fund per client is 50 000 USD.

2. Promotion period and registration

1. Registration in the promotion is open during the promo period, from 22.02.2023 to 30.09.2024.
2. To participate in the promotion, one must have a registered profile with LiteFinance.
3. Only the clients whose profiles are fully verified can register for the promotion. Before registering for the promotion, the client must verify their email, phone number, identity, and residence address.
4. Only the following accounts can participate in the promotion: ECN MT4.
5. To participate in the promotion, the client must make an entry deposit of at least 100 USD (or the equivalent in another currency) in their trading account and activate the TRADESMART promo code.
6. This promo code doesn't apply to the accounts of the following countries' residents: South Korea.
7. The time when a deposit is credited, to which the promo code has been applied, is the starting point of participation in the promotion.
8. An account containing bonus funds cannot participate in this promotion. Also, bonuses cannot be paid into promotion accounts.
9. After registration in the promotion, the client's account is ranked in the promotion table so that the client can see their participation results. The ranking is updated every 5 minutes. Refresh the page to see the current rankings.
10. The client can register several trading accounts for the promotion.
11. The promo code shall be entered only for the first entry deposit. All subsequent deposits will not require entering the promo code as long as the account participates in the promotion.
12. After the account finishes participation, it can be registered for the promotion again. The client must make an entry deposit and activate the promotion code to do so.

3. Participation terms

1. The client has 30 days to fulfill the promotion conditions in the promotion account after the promotion code has been activated.

2. The main goals for winning a reward:

   • increase the total deposit made into the promotion account by 50% based on the results of closed trades (see more in article 3.7);
   • close the trading volume of 2% of the total of deposits made during participation and the account balance available at the moment of promo code activation (see more in article 3.8);
   • follow a low-risk trading strategy in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 3.9, 3.10, 3.11.
3. Leverage in the promotion account: from 1:1 to 1:1000, at the participant's discretion.
4. The client can trade in any assets the LiteFinance provides.

5. Deposit and withdrawal conditions:

   Clients can fund their trading promotion accounts during the participation period with no limits. However, it's recommended not to withdraw funds from such accounts until the account finishes participating in the promotion. In the event of a withdrawal of funds or internal transfer from the promotion account during the participation period, the account will be excluded from the current ranking.

6. Terms of use of the copy-trading system:

   Clients can open promotion trading accounts to have trades copied by other traders during the participation period with no limits. However, it's recommended not to copy trades into the promotion account until the account finishes participating. The account will be excluded from the current ranking if trades start being copied into this account.

7. Profits on closed positions in the promotion account must be at least 50% of the total deposit made during the participation period.

   Profits to be made during the participation period are calculated as follows:

   Profit = Total deposit × 0.5

   Total deposit means all kinds of deposits made in the trading account from registration till the end of participation. They include:

   • deposits;
   • internal transfers;
   • amounts paid in the account after finishing copy-trading in the promotion account;
   • amounts paid into the account as a copy-trading commission (rollover);
   • positive swaps;
   • dividend adjustment;
   • affiliate commission paid in the account during participation.

   When calculating profits, we consider only the trades opened and closed in the account during the participation period.

8. The volume to trade in the promotion account during the participation period equals 3% of the total deposit made during the participation period plus the initial balance, if any. It's calculated as follows:

   Lots to trade = (Total deposit + Initial balance) × 0.02

   Total deposit means all kinds of deposits made in the trading account from registration till the end of participation. They include:

   • deposits;
   • internal transfers;
   • amounts paid in the account after finishing copy-trading in the promotion account;
   • amounts paid into the account as a copy-trading commission;
   • positive swaps;
   • dividend adjustment;
   • affiliate commission paid in the account during participation.

   Initial balance is the account balance at the moment of registration.

   When calculating the total volume of closed transactions, it must be noted that:

   If a trading asset's one point cost differs from the EURUSD's one point cost, the volumes traded in such assets will be converted to EURUSD volumes. For example, one point cost per 1 lot in EURUSD is $1. One point cost per 1 lot in EURCHF is $1.0986. As a result, the EURCHF trading volume will be multiplied by 1.0986. It means 1 lot traded in EURCHF will be considered as 1.0986 lots. The following formula is applied when calculating the cryptocurrency real trade volume: volume × contract size / 100,000 × market price.

   When calculating the total volume of closed transactions, we do not consider the following:

   • trades opened before registration in the promotion;
   • trades closed after the end of participation;
   • trades copied into the promotion account;
   • deleted and cancelled pending orders;
   • trades contradicting item 6.11.2 of the "Client Agreement";
   • fully or partially hedged positions (only a hedged position will be considered; a hedging position will be ignored);
   • trades, whose duration is less than 15 seconds;
   • positions that have yielded less than 30 pips of profit/loss (the last two figures to the right of a decimal point in a quote).

9. Floating loss must not exceed 20% of the account balance as long as the account participates in the promotion.

   The value is calculated using the following formula:

   Floating Profit/Loss + Commission <= Balance × 0.2

   Balance is the account's current balance at the time of each check.

   Floating Profit/Loss is the account's current floating profit/ loss on all open trades. In other words, it's a trading result on market orders that has not been registered yet. If a trade is opened before participation starts, it will be considered all the same.

   Commission is a Broker Commission on open trades.

10. Maximum loss must not exceed 70% of the total investment as long as the account participates in the promotion.

    The value is calculated using the following formula:

    Floating Profit/Loss + Closed Profit/Loss + Commission + SWAP <= Total Investment × 0.7

    Floating Profit/Loss is the account's current floating profit/ loss on all open trades. In other words, it's a trading result on market orders that has not been registered yet. If a trade is opened before participation starts, it will be considered all the same.

    Commission is a commission on open trades.

    Closed ProfitLoss is a fixed profit or loss on all the trades closed during the participation period.

    Total Investment is the sum of the external deposits made in the account in the Finance/Deposit section starting from registration.

11. Margin for open positions must not exceed 30% of equity as long as the account participates in the promotion.

    Margin is calculated using the following formula:

    Margin (%) = Margin / Equity × 100

    Margin is the current margin for all open trades.

    Equity is the amount of funds currently available in the account. In other words, it's the account balance minus Floating Profit/Loss on open positions.

12. The account can be moved from the Current ranking to the "Try again" tab for the following reasons:

    A withdrawal or an internal transfer is made from the account during the participation period;

    • you have withdrawn funds from the promotion account;
    • you have made an internal transfer from the promotion account;
    • you have launched copy-trading in the promotion account;
    • 30 days have passed since the start of participation, and 50% profit on closed trades relative to the total deposit hasn't been reached;
    • 30 days have passed since the start of participation, and 2% volume of closed trades relative to the total deposit and the initial balance, if any, hasn't been reached;
    • floating loss exceeded 20% of the account balance at any moment of participation;
    • the trading account's Free margin level dropped below 30% of the total investment made during participation at any moment during participation.
    • Margin for open positions exceeded 30% of the account equity.

13. An account can be registered for the promotion again after the previous participation period finishes.

    Deposit 100 USD and activate the promo code TRADESMART to participate one more time. Afterward, your account will be added to the "Current Ranking" again.

14. As the organizer, LiteFinance reserves the right to refuse registration or disqualify a participant without explanation. The reason for disqualification is a violation of the promotion terms and LiteFinance's regulatory documents. Also, there can be the following reasons:

    • registration of several client profiles by the same physical person;
    • opening of opposite trades of big volume at almost the same time and using the same pairs;
    • use of quotes flow failures to make guaranteed profits;
    • presence of transactions, including lock trades, whose duration is less than 2 minutes;
    • ascertainment or suspicion that a participant has committed fraudulent action to become a winner.
